Use this checklist to prepare the key elements for a professional, press-ready media page that helps hosts see who you are, what you offer, and why you’re a strong guest.
Submission Options
If you’d like to provide the content: Email one Word document with sections that match the outline below, and attach high-quality PNG or JPG images.
If you’d prefer us to handle it: Let us know, and we can research and draft the content for you.
Headline
Two short, powerful statements that capture the core of your interview message and the heart of your voice.
2. Primary Bio Photo
A professional, media-related image (on air, with a microphone, or in studio). File format: PNG or JPG.
3. Bio
In 4-6 sentences, include:
a) Your qualifications as a media guest
b) Your expertise on your topic
c) A brief personal detail that adds warmth and connection
4. Secondary Photo
An image that reinforces your message (you “in action”) or adds to your story (for example, with a relevant, recognizable figure). Include a short caption or photo credit if applicable.
5. Interview Topics & Talking Points
Provide five stand-alone segments. Include at least:
• one technical or practical topic, and
• one faith-forward or spiritual topic.
For each, include 3–5 concise talking points with clear takeaways.
6. Media Highlights
List priority appearances in order, including the outlet name, show title, and a direct link.
7. Additional Links
Include any other links you’d like featured on the page (website, book/product pages, articles, press kit, or social profiles).
8. Logistics (optional but helpful)
Provide your preferred introduction, name pronunciation, location/time zone, tech setup (mic/camera), typical availability, and best contact/mobile number.
